Learn how to conduct Token Swaps directly from your Headquarters Dashboard below. HQ Swaps are currently powered by CowSwap

You can find the "Swap" feature under the "Transact" section on the left side of your HQ Dashboard.

1. Setting up a Fresh Wallet

• In your EOA or Browser wallet, select your Account and create a new wallet address

• In Metamask, select "Add Account or Hardware Wallet" and select "Add a New Account"

• In Rabby, click on the Wallet icon at the top right, and select "Create New Seed Phrase"

2. Transferring Funds From Treasury Wallet to Fresh Wallet

• In your Fresh Wallet, copy the Ethereum address

• Then, return to your Treasury Wallet and select "Send"

• Paste the Ethereum address of your Fresh Wallet. Make sure to send Ether to the Fresh Wallet so it is able to pay for gas fees

• Enter the amount you wish to transfer and select "Next"

• Confirm the transaction in your EOA Wallet

3. Adding Swap Approvals

• Connect your wallet to the HQ Dashboard

• Choose the assets you wish to swap, and select "Approve"

• Confirm the request in your EOA Wallet

4. Swapping Assets

• Once approved, you can now swap your assets

• Ensure that you are swapping the correct assets

• Tick the "Swap Anyway" option

• Click "Swap", then "Confirm Swap"

• Confirm the request in your EOA Wallet

• Once confirmed, the swapped assets will be shown in your wallet

• Remember to not swap all your Ether, as you will still need gas fees to perform other on-chain transactions

CowSwap may reject small swap amounts. Please swap a minimum of 0.015 ETH or ~50 USD to be safe. Due to Ethereum's block time, your transaction may take a few minutes to be processed.

5. Transferring Funds from Fresh Wallet to Treasury Wallet

• Once you have successfully performed the swap, you can either keep the assets in your swapped token, or swap them back to Ether

• Next, open your Treasury wallet and copy the Ethereum address

• Then, return to your fresh wallet and select "Send"

• Paste the Ethereum address of your Treasury wallet.

• Enter the amount you wish to transfer and select "Next"

• Confirm the transaction in your EOA Wallet
