What cryptocurrencies and networks can I use for payouts?

• Currently, we only support payouts in USDC on the Ethereum network.

• If you'd like to use a different cryptocurrency or network, feel free to contact us!

What fiat currencies are supported?

We currently support USD (SWIFT and ACH), EUR (SEPA), SGD.

More currencies are coming soon!

Are there any countries I can't send payouts to?

Yes, we are unable to process payouts to sanctioned countries.

Sanctioned Countries (Not supported):

• Cuba

• Iran (Islamic Republic Of)

• Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of)

• Syrian Arab Republic

• Ukraine (Only regions of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson & Zaporizhzhya)

How long does it take to verify my business?

You will be notified of the verification outcome within 3 to 14 business days. Once verified, you can immediately start making crypto-to-fiat payouts.

What happens if a transfer is rejected?

If a transfer is rejected after you have sent your USDC, a full refund will be made to your wallet address.

Are you a regulated entity?

Headquarters does not hold any customer's funds in custody. Our Crypto-to-Fiat payout is powered by Triple-A, a licensed entity in Europe, Singapore & Regulated in the US, adhering to the most stringent global regulations and security standards.

How long does it take for the recipients to receive the funds

Funds are generally transferred within 1-3 days.
