↗️Crypto-to-Fiat Payout

HQ’s Crypto-to-Fiat Payout feature allows you to pay your recipients in fiat currencies using USDC from your wallet. This is ideal if you need to make payroll or vendor payments.

Step 1: Enabling Triple-A Integrations

You can enable Crypto-to-Fiat payouts through the integration dashboard. Submit your email and we’ll reach out to start your Business Verification process.

Steps:

• Navigate to the "Integrations" page on your HQ Dashboard

• Locate the Crypto-to-Fiat Payout Integration and select "Request"

• Enter your Email and select "OK"

• The HQ team will reach out to you to help you get onboarded

Step 2: Adding Bank Recipients

Before sending crypto-to-fiat payouts to your recipients, you will first need to add a contact with their bank details.

Steps:

• Navigate to the "Address Book" page on your HQ Dashboard

• Click on “+ Create Contact” or “Edit” an existing contact

• Click on “Add a Bank Account”

• Enter the recipient’s details - Note: This will change depending on the country of the recipient’s bank

• Save the details by clicking on “Add Bank Account”

Step 3: Sending Crypto-to-Fiat Payouts

Steps:

• Navigate to the "Make Payment" page

• Connect your EOA wallet such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet

• Use the dropdown to select the wallet you wish to pay from

• Select the recipient's details with bank details

• Alternatively, import them from your Drafts

• Select the "Review Payments" button at the bottom left of the screen

• Once verified, select the "Confirm and Pay" button at the bottom left of the screen

• Confirm your payment in your browser wallet

• Navigate to the "Payouts” > “History" page on your HQ Dashboard to track the status of your payout
