Upgrade & Trial Flow
Each organization can request one 30-day trial of premium features
After the trial ends, your account will automatically revert to the Starter Plan
Upgrade prompts appear clearly on premium features you don’t yet have access to
If you downgrade from Business to Starter, your data isn’t deleted. Business‑only features are paused, but if you upgrade again, everything is restored automatically.
Upgrade Instructions
Navigate to the premium feature you want to access.
Click the upgrade prompt or banner associated with that feature.
Choose to start a free 30-day trial.
Submit your contact details to request the free trial.
The Gnosis business team will personally reach out within 1-3 business days to guide you through the setup process.
Once granted, you can access all premium features instantly.
While in the free trial, you can also request to upgrade to the full Business plan.
After the free trial ends, your account will be downgraded back to the Starter plan. At that point, you can only request a full Business plan.
