What features are included in the Starter Plan?

The Starter Plan includes essential features such as wallet balances, portfolio overview, core transfers and payouts, payment history view and export, invoices, address book for contacts, and organisation settings.

What premium features require an upgrade?

Premium features include advanced dashboard analytics (recent transactions, P&L), Chart of Accounts, Financial Transactions (tags, historical sync), integrations with Xero & Quickbooks, detailed wallet views, and cost basis tracking with gain/loss details display.

Upgrades & Trials

Can I try premium features before upgrading?

Yes, each organization can request one 30-day trial of premium features to explore the additional capabilities.

How long is the premium feature trial period?

The premium feature trial period lasts for 30 days. After this period, your account will be downgraded back to the Starter plan

What happens if I downgrade from Business to Starter?

Switching to Starter means Business features will be turned off. Your information isn’t lost β€” it’s securely stored. If you decide to upgrade again, all your previous data and settings will come back automatically, so you can continue without interruption.

Can I upgrade to the full Business plan during the trial?

Yes, while you are in the free trial, you can request to upgrade to the full Business plan to access all its features.

How do I upgrade to the Business plan?

Simply go to Settings β†’ Plans, select Business Plan, and click Buy Plan. After sharing your contact details, our Gnosis Business team will personally reach out to guide you through activation and ensure a smooth transition.

How am I billed on Starter vs Business

The Starter plan is free with limited features. The Business plan is paid and unlocks advanced tools, integrations, and reporting capabilities.

Can I get a refund if I downgrade?

Refunds depend on your billing cycle and agreement. The Gnosis team will guide you through options if you downgrade before the end of a cycle.

Access and Integrations

Will my team members lose access when we downgrade?

No, they keep Starter features but lose Business-only tools

Do integrations stop working on Starter?

Yes β€” accounting integrations like Xero and QuickBooks are gated to Business.
