Invoice Tracking

Suppliers can monitor invoice progress using the shared link — no account or wallet needed.

Suppliers (Billers) can track invoice status only through the same invoice link shared by the Payor.

When the Biller opens the invoice link, they will see two tabs:

1. Invoice → Displays the invoice details entered by the Biller during submission.

2. Transaction → Shows the current status of the invoice, including payment status and related transaction information.

This allows Billers to monitor invoice progress without needing a Gnosis Business account or wallet connection, keeping the process simple and accessible.

What Happens When an Invoice Is Paid

When an invoice is marked as Paid, the Transaction tab displays detailed payment information including the transaction hash, issued and paid dates, payment status, payer, and amount.

The View Transaction button redirects to the blockchain explorer for on-chain verification.
