Invoice Settings

The Settings function allows Payors to manage key account preferences easily. From the Invoice page, Payors can update their notification email to ensure timely alerts for invoices and payments.

Edit Notification Email

Keep your alerts up to date:

  • Navigate to Settings from the Invoices page

  • Locate the Notification Email field

  • Enter the email address where invoice and payment alerts should be sent

  • Click Save to apply changes

This ensures the right team member receives all invoice updates in real time

View Organisation Details

Review and update your company profile:

  • Click on the Organisation Detail section

  • You’ll be redirected to the Organisation Settings screen

  • View or edit company name, address, tax ID, and other relevant fields

💡 Organisation details can be used in invoice headers and supplier-facing communications.
