Exporting Transactions from Gnosis Business to Xero

Learn how to export your on-chain transactions from Gnosis Business to Xero.

Exporting as Journal Entries

  • Navigate to the "Transactions" page in your Gnosis HQ Dashboard

  • Select the relevant transactions you wish to export

  • At the top right of your screen, select "Actions" and "Export as"

  • Choose the "Journal Entries" option and select "Generate"

  • Navigate to "Past Exports" from the header to see the Generated journal entries

  • Select the "Integration Exports" tab and export the relevant transactions to Xero

  • These transactions will now appear in your Xero under your drafts in "Manual Journals"

💡 Tip: Map your Transactions before exporting to Xero

Exporting as Bank Feed

  • Navigate to the "Transactions" page in your Gnosis Business Dashboard

  • At the top right of your screen, select "Actions" and "Export as"

  • Choose the “Bank Feeds” Option and select the Date Range, wallet, assets, and blockchain

  • Select "Generate"

  • Navigate to "Past Exports" tab from the header to see the Generated Bank Feed

  • Select the "Bank Feeds" tab and download the relevant data in .CSV Format
